At Kingston Soldier’s Memorial Hospital, we’re seeking Registered Nurses and Registered Nurse–Midwives to join our vibrant team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. What you’ll do:

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to enhance patient outcomes.

  • Coordinate care plans and assess individual patient needs.

  • Lead health education, counselling, and rehabilitation initiatives.

  • Support colleagues, including Enrolled Nurses and student nurses.

  • Engage in ongoing learning and contribute to quality improvement.

  • Foster strong, respectful relationships across the care team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.

  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and collaborative skills.

  • A patient-first mindset with adaptability and a drive for continuous improvement.

  • Sound knowledge of nursing/midwifery legislation, ethics, and professional standards.
