About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity as an Administration Coordinator, Service Optimisation/Training and Support. The role assists with onboarding, training and support to ensure staff are equipped for effective and efficient delivery of administrative services to support service delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the training and onboarding of the Administration Officers, to optimise the business and administration support function and enable a customer focused service.
- Provide oversight and guidance to support the optimised function of administration services across the state.
- Participate on Committees and undertake general research
