About the role
As a Medical Scientist, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic services by applying your scientific and technical expertise across a range of routine laboratory techniques. You will be involved in the full diagnostic process — from problem definition and test planning through to execution, analysis, and reporting — ensuring accurate and timely results that support patient care. Your attention to detail, precision, and commitment to excellence will contribute directly to the effectiveness and efficiency of our laboratory services.

About You
You’re a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in medical laboratory science. You take pride in delivering high-quality results, working well within a team, and upholding best practices in laboratory procedures. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Relevant Qualifications: A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Laboratory Science), or equivalent qualification.
Technical Skills & Experience: Proven ability to perform diagnostic testing using analytical laboratory equipment, with experience in laboratory computing, data management, and general lab operations.
Strong Communication & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across all levels.
Professional Attributes: Demonstrated time management and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, initiative, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and delivering outstanding customer service.
