The Workforce Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping workforce planning strategies that align with CALHN's vision to attract and nurture world-class talent. Reporting to the Director of Organisational Development and Workforce Strategy, you will collaborate closely with various programs and professions across CALHN, providing expert advice and developing the tools and resources necessary to support both operational and strategic workforce planning activities. You will also work in partnership with the Principal Workforce Data and Analytics Officer, ensuring CALHN's leaders are equipped with accurate workforce analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions.
This is a leadership role within the Organisational Development and Workforce Strategy team, where your expertise and initiative will be essential in driving strategic workforce solutions. You will need to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills, while maintaining a high level of technical competence to meet deadlines.
