About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking compassionate Clinical Nurses to join our dynamic team within the Diabetes Service.

As a Clinical Nurse in the Diabetes Service, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, planning and delivering tailored care plans to individuals with diabetes. Your expertise and commitment will be invaluable in ensuring patients receive the guidance and resources they need to effectively manage their condition and improve their overall wellbeing.
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
