Join our passionate multi-disciplinary team at Yorke and Northern Local Heath Network as a Physiotherapist – Rehabilitation. Based in Wallaroo, you’ll deliver meaningful care across inpatient and ambulatory settings, helping people regain independence, improve their quality of life, and achieve their goals.

As a key Rehabilitation team member, you will provide comprehensive assessment, intervention, and discharge planning services, working closely with consumers, families and allied health colleagues. You’ll collaborate with metropolitan Rehabilitation Specialists, contribute to service development, and mentor junior staff and students.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver best-practice physiotherapy services across rehabilitation settings.
• Lead service planning, evaluation and continuous improvement projects.
• Support consumers using client-centred, culturally safe care models.
• Collaborate within a multi-professional framework to achieve holistic outcomes.
• Contribute to clinical supervision, training and peer development initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• Current AHPRA registration and proven competence at AHP2 level (or equivalent qualifications).
• Strong skills in communication, leadership, clinical innovation and community engagement.
• A commitment to excellence, reflective practice and continuous learning.
