About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our caring and collaborative team. In this role, you’ll support Registered Nurses and Midwives in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients, while adhering to all regulatory and statutory requirements. Whether you’re just starting your journey or already developing your professional skills, this role offers the opportunity to grow from novice to proficient practice within a supportive clinical environment.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll work under the guidance and supervision of senior nursing staff while maintaining full accountability for the care you provide. You’ll be a key part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the wellbeing of patients and making a real difference in their lives. About You
You are a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse who is committed to delivering person-centred care and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. To be successful in this role, you will have:

Current registration (or eligibility) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a valid practising certificate

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to recognise and report clinical changes effectively

Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and deliver care in line with professional standards and patient needs

Sound understanding of the Enrolled Nurse's role, including relevant legislation, codes of conduct, and clinical standards
