Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
- Create and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, and budgets for successful project completion.
- Oversee project resources, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
- Determine project objectives and evaluation measures.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Lead internal and external stakeholder engagement and develop communication plans.
- Act as the primary project contact, providing advice and assistance to stakeholders.
- Represent the organization on relevant forums and committees.
Project Implementation and Execution:
- Execute procurement and implementation activities according to the project plan.
- Facilitate project team meetings, consultations, and briefing sessions.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Project Governance and Reporting:
- Develop and undertake governance reporting to document project activities and progress.
- Maintain project files, records, and documentation.
- Prepare regular project reports for committees and other governance requirements.
Risk Management and Quality Control:
- Develop and maintain risk management plans and issues registers.
- Consult and develop relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines as required.
- Review the quality of work and ensure it meets project standards.
Work Health and Safety:
- Comply with Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Work safely and report workplace hazards, injuries, or illnesses promptly.
