Overview

Join our team as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN), where you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and senior executive team and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide confidential, efficient, and effective administrative support to the CEO. Your responsibilities will include managing diaries, organising meetings, preparing reports and correspondence, and liaising with stakeholders across all levels. You will also be instrumental in coordinating high-level committees, providing advice, and maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the CEO, including diary management and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items
  • Handle sensitive issues with discretion and integrity
  • Manage and evaluate administrative performance, implementing process improvements
  • Assist with research projects, data compilation, and report preparation
  • Provide support services to other senior executive or management staff as required, and will provide Executive Officer support to the Executive Committee.

  • High-level administrative experience at the senior executive level
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with diverse audiences
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and a high volume of work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with records management
  • A commitment to confidentiality and cultural sensitivity
