About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our pharmacy team, providing advanced competency in delivering a comprehensive pharmacy service. Under the guidance of the AHA or AHP leader, you will assist with a range of responsibilities including clinical support, dispensing, distribution, and packaging of pharmaceuticals. You’ll also take charge of inventory management, staff training, and organising daily workloads, while ensuring high standards of quality in your work. Your contributions will play a key role in the efficient operation of the pharmacy unit and help ensure optimal patient outcomes.
In this collaborative role, you’ll work closely with the AHA or AHP supervisor and support the Pharmacy Manager(s) in the safe and cost-effective delivery of drug therapy. Your expertise will be essential in monitoring quality and supporting the preparation and manufacturing of pharmaceuticals. About You
We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for pharmacy practice and leadership. To thrive in this role, you will have:

A relevant Certificate IV or higher, with experience in hospital pharmacy, project management, or business administration

Extensive experience in multiple pharmacy practice areas, with strong time management, organisational, and supervisory skills

Proficiency in pharmacy management software, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Word, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills

A commitment to continuous learning, coaching, and implementing safe work practices in a multi-disciplinary setting
