What We’re Looking For:

  • A Registered Nurse/Midwife eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • At least 3 years of contemporary nursing experience in an Emergency Department setting.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities in mentoring students, enrolled nurses, and junior RNs.
  • A proactive, flexible approach to nursing with a dedication to ongoing professional development.
