Lead with Purpose as Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator: Enhance the Lives of Residents Through Meaningful Activities

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others through creativity and care? We are looking for a dedicated Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator to develop, implement, and evaluate a recreational and therapeutic program designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

In this rewarding role, you will:

  • Coordinate and design a diverse range of recreational and therapeutic activities that promote the emotional well-being and independence of residents.
  • Facilitate programs that maximize residents' potential, offering social, diversional, and individual activities tailored to varying cognitive and physical abilities.
  • Promote resident engagement through meaningful activities that encourage social interaction, personal fulfillment, and emotional support.
  • Evaluate and adjust programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of residents, fostering an environment of joy, inclusivity, and empowerment.

Applicant Information 

This is a part time vacancy, working 60 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.

Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
