Overview
The Home Based Services at Northern Community Health Service, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administration Officer. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our clients and staff by providing essential administrative and clerical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients of Home Based Services (Northern Community Health Service);
- Manage the Community Health switchboard and reception area;
- Perform word processing, data entry, and medical record services accurately and efficiently;
- Assist in scheduling and rostering for the client management system CCCME.
