About the Role:
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Switchboard Attendant to join our team on a part-time, short-term contract basis at the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) Lyell McEwin Health Service and Modbury Hospital.
In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, providing prompt and professional assistance to patients, visitors, and staff members. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure will be invaluable as you manage multiple phone lines and ensure efficient call routing.
As part of the NALHN Lyell McEwin Health Service team, you will work on a 7-day, 24-hour roster, ensuring seamless communication and support around the clock. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated healthcare team, contributing to the well-being of the community.
