About the Role
Are you an organised, motivated individual with a passion for supporting teams that make a difference? As an Administration Officer within the CALHN Mental Health Clinical Program, you’ll play a key role in delivering timely and high-quality administrative support across our multidisciplinary teams. Reporting to the Business Consultant through the Administration Services Coordinators, you’ll be part of a collaborative and professional admin team that keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to contribute to mental health services in a meaningful way. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that ensure the efficiency of day-to-day functions, allowing clinical teams to focus on providing the best possible care. About You
You are a compassionate and adaptable individual with strong administrative skills and a genuine interest in supporting mental health services. You thrive in team environments and are committed to maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.

Strong administrative and computer skills – with a high level of proficiency in keyboard use and Microsoft Office programs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – with the capacity to respond sensitively and tactfully in challenging situations.

Highly organised and self-motivated – able to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
