About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Research Finance Officer, Special Purpose Fund Management within our Financial Management and Reporting Department.

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.

As the Research Finance Officer, Special Purpose Fund Management you will play a crucial role in supporting the provision of effective and responsible financial management of research budgets and specific purpose funds in accordance with applicable financial management requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • effective development and implementation of financial controls
  • effective management of financial compliance and risk requirements
  • effective management of acquittal and audit responsibilities and requirements
  • timely provision of financial operational reporting and advice
  • effective development of financial research budgeting tools and research finance education
