Join the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network Aboriginal Health Team as a Data and Client Information Integrity Officer and play a vital role in ensuring data quality and program effectiveness across the Northern region.
You’ll be responsible for monitoring data collection and client information to meet national Key Performance Indicators (nKPIs) and funding requirements. Working closely with the Team Leader, you will help map service systems and contribute to the ongoing evaluation and quality improvement of Aboriginal health programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing reports for accurate data collection and activity monitoring

Support service system mapping and program evaluation

Ensure integrity and completeness of client intake forms and information

Contribute to quality improvement and compliance with funding guidelines
