  • Salary: WHA2  $28.53 - $28.82 per hour + 25% casual loading 
  • Casual (up to 3/6/2026), working over a 7 day roster

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to join a team that prides itself on having a patient-centred  care approach to services. The successful candidate will be supported by a strong facility and regional management team.

The Services Assistant is responsible for providing a timely, efficient and effective service, that involves the catering and cleaning of the health unit.  Duties may include the preparation, service and delivery of food to clients, and general housekeeping.

The Services Assistant may also be required to undertake laundry duties.

The successful candidate will possess the following.

  • Cross-departmental experience (Kitchen, Cleaning ) working in an  health environment
  • Have previous food handling experience (food handling certificates a bonus!)
  • Demonstrate a high level of empathy and compassion and including a person-centred approach
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, be reliable and hard working
  • Availability to work rotating roster (incl. weekends)
