About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the 3D Health team as an Access Assistant Manager, where you will be responsible for:
- Providing effective day to day management of Unlicensed Health Care Workers (ULHCW)/Health Support Officers to support clients who have complex health needs within their educational setting.
- Coordinating the day-to-day services by rostering staff; coordinating training and works in partnership with health professionals, educational representatives to support students, parents and primary caregiver.
- Playing a pivotal role communicating with families and both government and non-government sites.
- Leading a region and is accountable for quality and risk management; maintaining regional partnerships and ensuring WCHN key performance indicators and service delivery goals are met.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to foster professional working relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to persuade and negotiate to ensure positive outcomes
- In managing a multidisciplinary team and the ability to maximise individual and team
- Performance in a changing environment
- Proven record of success in providing quality customer services to staff and stakeholders to achieve client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently without supervision and to plan activities and set priorities to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
