About the Role
As a Senior Support Services Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of care within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. Working closely with clinicians and support teams, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and operational support that underpins exceptional patient care. Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively will help maintain seamless processes that allow our clinical staff to focus on what matters most – supporting patients with their journey.

Hold an AQF Certificate III relevant to the role, with over 560 hours of in-service experience

Skilled in working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams with professionalism and respect

Confident in managing workloads, prioritising tasks and handling challenging situations with composure

Experienced in providing guidance to others and applying sound judgement in day-to-day operations
