About the Role:

You will deliver specialised clinical services while providing leadership to support recovery-focused care in subacute mental health settings. You will mentor and supervise staff and students, contribute to service improvements, and support the development of Occupational Therapy practice within the service. You will also play a key role in shaping service delivery through leadership, portfolio responsibilities and collaboration across the network.

Please Note: This is a regional position that may be based at any Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network (FUNLHN) Mental Health site.

About You:

  • Hold a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and be eligible for full registration in Australia.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply specialist expertise to deliver complex clinical or consultancy services.
  • Ability to work independently with advanced clinical skills, judgement and reflective practice.
  • Experience contributing to service development, practice improvement and advising on service delivery.
