About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead complex and meaningful projects within our Health Promotion Unit. In this pivotal role, you will design and manage initiatives that support the oral health and overall wellbeing of priority population groups. Your work will bring together a broad network of dental and non-dental agencies, ensuring collaborative, inclusive approaches to project delivery that truly make a difference in people’s lives.
This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your expertise in integrating oral and general health, while advising a range of internal and external stakeholders. You'll play a key role in shaping policy, influencing practice, and strengthening partnerships that deliver better care outcomes across the community. About You
You're a strategic thinker and effective communicator with a passion for driving health outcomes through collaborative project delivery. You bring a balance of practical experience and strong interpersonal skills to lead impactful programs across diverse stakeholder groups.

Proven ability to lead complex health-related projects with strong planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience in managing competing priorities, budgets, change processes, and conflict resolution in high-impact environments.

Strong knowledge of oral and general health issues, including their integration, and understanding of review and evaluation methodologies.

Skilled in building effective partnerships, using risk management principles, and navigating Work Health and Safety requirements.
