The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in development/review, implementation, and management of effective food safety risk assessment and management approaches, policy and legislation in South Australian food businesses to deliver a high degree of food safety for the community.

There will also be a requirement to undertake state-wide food safety auditing of more complex food businesses as required by legislation.
