SA Health is seeking an exceptional Clinical Nurse Facilitator to join our dynamic team at Port Lincoln Health Service on the beautiful Eyre Peninsula. In this key role, you will champion nursing education and professional development across the region.
As a Clinical Nurse Facilitator, you will provide hands-on support to guide nurses at all levels in developing evidence-based practices. You will empower graduate nurses through face-to-face mentoring, develop educational plans, promote reflective learning, and facilitate problem-solving. Your expertise will elevate the nursing profession and patient care standards.
This role blends clinical nursing with an educational portfolio perfectly suited to an experienced practitioner ready to advance their career. You will work collaboratively with Nurse Educators, Managers, and interdisciplinary teams to upskill staff through modern teaching approaches.
To succeed, you must be a Registered Nurse with extensive clinical experience transitioning from competent to proficient practitioner.
