  • Multiple positions available with full-time and part-time contracts until 30/06/2026. 

About the Role

As an Administrative Officer Reliever, you’ll play a vital role in supporting a range of key administrative functions across the Acute and Urgent Care Program. You’ll step into various roles across Emergency Departments, Inpatient Wards, and other business support areas, ensuring continuity and efficiency in the delivery of high-quality healthcare. Your ability to adapt, prioritise tasks, and work collaboratively will be essential as you help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

This dynamic position offers a unique opportunity to work across diverse clinical areas while building strong relationships with both administrative and clinical teams. You’ll manage and coordinate workloads, support patient care through accurate and timely documentation, and ensure administrative processes run seamlessly.   • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Proven ability to manage competing workloads, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards under pressure.

  • Confident in learning new systems and procedures, with a positive approach to change and problem-solving.

  • Relevant experience in health administration, strong computer literacy, and a commitment to confidentiality and customer service.
