Make a Difference in Community Health: Associate Nurse Unit Manager – Better Care in the Community at Wallaroo

Are you a dedicated and experienced nurse ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for Associate Nurse Unit Managers (ANUM) to lead and inspire our team in delivering exceptional cardiac and respiratory care to the community. In this role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes and contribute to the development of healthcare practices across various settings.

As the ANUM, you'll play a crucial part in driving better care in the community, overseeing clinical practices, and guiding less experienced staff. With a focus on advancing community health, you will have the opportunity to lead initiatives, manage portfolios that align with your professional growth, and make a meaningful impact on diabetes care within the region.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, advanced clinical knowledge, and a passion for community health. If you are ready to lead with innovation and create positive change in healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.

Essential Criteria

  • Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Holds a current practicing certificate.
  • At least 3 years post-registration experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring less experienced staff.
