Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse – Deliver Compassionate, Recovery-Focused Mental Health Care Across Diverse Settings!

Are you passionate about providing high-quality mental health nursing care and eager to advance your professional skills? We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RN/M1) and Clinical Nurses (RN/M2C) to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based mental health services tailored to the needs of consumers and the local community.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN/M1), you will contribute to a wide range of recovery-oriented mental health services within a multidisciplinary Local Health Network (LHN). Your focus will be on delivering integrated clinical care across community, acute, and rehabilitation settings, applying preventative, early intervention, therapeutic, and evaluative approaches—including individual and family therapy, group programs, health promotion, and community development.

At the Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C) level, you will build on this foundation by accepting greater accountability for your own practice standards and delegated activities. You will also support and mentor less experienced staff and manage portfolio responsibilities aligned with your career development goals, negotiated through your performance review.

Both roles emphasize continuous professional development, supporting your growth from novice or competent practitioner toward proficient and expert practice. Together, you will help ensure safe, effective, and compassionate mental health care that empowers consumers and enriches the community.
