About the role
As a Clinical Support Officer in the Cancer Directorate, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our outpatient clinics. You'll be the friendly and professional first point of contact for patients, providing a high standard of reception and administrative support. Working closely with clinical staff, you'll help coordinate appointments, manage records, and contribute to a welcoming and organised environment for clients and their families.
This dynamic position offers a variety of responsibilities, including working on a rotating roster to support both client-facing and behind-the-scenes functions. You’ll also provide backfill for other administrative roles during periods of leave, ensuring continuity of service across the Cancer Directorate.
