We’re looking for a dedicated Principal Consultant – Organisational Development (OD) to lead initiatives that strengthen individual, team, and leadership performance across the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN). This is your chance to play a pivotal role in supporting strategic growth and operational excellence.

About the Role:

The Principal Consultant – Organisational Development (OD) is responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of OD initiatives and interventions that enhance employee, team, leadership, and organisational performance. Aligned with RMCLHN’s operational needs and strategic objectives, the role focuses on delivering targeted solutions that build capacity and drive meaningful outcomes.

Working closely with the Director People & Culture, the Principal Consultant – OD provides expert support to Executives and Senior Managers. Through this collaboration, the role contributes directly to the achievement of RMCLHN’s strategic goals and the ongoing development of a high performing, engaged workforce.

What We’re Looking For:

ASO7

  • An appropriate post-secondary qualification in Psychology, Organisational Behaviour or Human Resources or related area of equivalent in experience.
  • Significant experience in strategic workforce projects including the ability to effectively lead, plan, deliver and evaluate significant projects.
  • Experience in the development and review of organisational development policy, systems, procedures and processes.

ASO6

  • Significant experience in strategic workforce projects including the ability to effectively lead, plan, deliver and evaluate significant projects.
  • Experience in the development and review of organisational development policy, systems, procedures and processes.
