Calling all passionate and experienced culinary maestros! SA Health is seeking a dynamic Full-time, Ongoing Head Cook to join our esteemed team within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network in Gawler, Angaston, and Tanunda.

As the Head Cook, you will take the lead in ensuring the seamless production and distribution of food services, maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and excellence. Your role will encompass the meticulous oversight of the Food Safety Plan within the kitchens, guaranteeing adherence to stringent quality and safety protocols.

With your expertise and vision, you will spearhead the day-to-day operations, working within budgetary constraints and optimising purchasing strategies to foster a continuous cycle of quality improvement. This includes overseeing all aspects of ordering, receiving, stock control, production, distribution, catering to special dietary requirements, and the esteemed Barossa production.

To excel in this role, you must possess:

- Trade qualifications or equivalent skills as a Head Chef.
- Completed Food Safety Supervisor training.
