About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Administration Officer to join our ACAS team, providing essential support to the ACAS Executive, Team Leader – Administration, and the wider statewide workforce. In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in the smooth management of referrals, assessments, and client enquiries, while helping clients navigate the aged care system with accurate and timely information. Your high-level administrative skills will contribute directly to quality outcomes for older Australians and the teams who support them.

Day to day, you'll manage tasks such as data entry, calendar coordination, minute-taking, and rostering, while ensuring data integrity and compliance with legislative requirements. You'll use your technical proficiency in systems like My Aged Care, ProAct, and the Microsoft Office suite to support a range of functions that keep our services running efficiently. About You

You are a proactive and detail-oriented administration professional with a passion for supporting older Australians and a strong understanding of aged care systems and services. You thrive in fast-paced environments, work well within a team, and are committed to delivering high-quality customer service and data accuracy.

  • Skilled administrator with experience using My Aged Care, Microsoft Office, and multiple databases, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry.

  • Culturally aware communicator with training in working with Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, CALD communities, and carers, showing inclusivity and respect.

  • Experienced multitasker with strong organisational and time management skills, capable of meeting KPIs in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

  • Aged care savvy with a solid understanding of referral pathways, care services (CHSP, HCP, residential care), and knowledge of aged care reforms.
