About You
You are a dedicated and experienced clinical professional with a passion for leading positive change and delivering high-quality nursing care. Your leadership, strategic thinking, and strong clinical foundation equip you to influence and guide nursing practice at a high level.

Registered Nurse eligible for registration with the Nursing Board of Australia and holds or can obtain a current practising certificate.

Proven leadership experience with strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, capable of thriving under pressure.

Extensive clinical background with at least 5 years post-registration experience and a strong track record in practice development, strategic planning, and quality improvement initiatives.

Sound knowledge base of relevant legislation, standards, and contemporary nursing issues, with a commitment to evidence-based practice and innovation in healthcare delivery.
