Overview:
DHW are redefining our HR Business Partner model, transitioning from a traditional support function to a more strategic function where we embed business acumen into people decisions and empower leaders across the organisation through coaching and advice. We are seeking an experienced Principal HR Business Partner to join our team and be a driving force in this change where we ensure our Business Partners act as trusted advisors to our Executives, Senior Leaders and employees, delivering value-added service aligning HR strategies with business goals. The role requires a strong understating of business operations and the ability to drive change, build strong relationships and create positive employee experiences.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in the provision of customer focussed workforce services that foster collaboration and continual improvement.
- Well-developed interpersonal, facilitation, influencing, negotiation, networking and relationship management skills.
- The ability to deliver tailored, innovative recommendations and solutions for HR/workforce issues, and support delivery of HR consultancy in a customer centric environment.
Appointment to classification will be based upon skills / experience.
