About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic Specialist Outpatient and Ambulatory Care Services team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient administrative support across the Outpatient Clinics. Reporting to the Manager Operations, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of administrative functions that support patient care and service delivery. Your strong organisational skills and attention to detail will be key to maintaining streamlined clinic operations and providing an excellent experience for patients and staff alike.
As the Administration Coordinator, you will also lead, supervise, and support a dedicated team of Administration Officers and Assistants. Your leadership will foster a positive team culture, ensuring that staff are well-supported and equipped to perform their duties effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for healthcare administration, staff development, and service improvement to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with experience coordinating staff and managing workflow

Ability to work independently, prioritise competing tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure

Sound knowledge of administration services, WHS, and relevant IT systems including Microsoft Office
