• Salary: $76,561 to $80,256 – ASO4 – Full Time / Contract up to 24 months

The Project Officer is responsible for the delivery of a range of effective project and administrative support to the Capital Projects Team, Infrastructure.

Within this context, the role:

• Coordinates and provides administrative support including the provision of some procurement and finance functions supporting consultant, contractor and equipment suppliers.
• Undertakes research and analysis activities, and monitoring and reporting of key project activities to support project outcomes.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of projects, project plans and policies.
• Performs Executive Officer functions for various committees and advisory groups.
• Contributes to the delivery of appropriate communication processes between Capital Projects Team members and project / program stakeholders to develop relationships that meet the needs of Infrastructure.
