Join Our Team: Patient Services Officer – Supporting Seamless Patient Care

Are you organised and enjoy providing friendly, professional support in a healthcare environment? We’re seeking a Patient Services Officer to help maintain efficient patient management and record systems, ensuring smooth operations at the health unit.

About the Role:

In this role, you will contribute to the administration of patient records, including their creation, storage, retention, and disposal. You’ll ensure records are accurately maintained and filed to keep patient information up to date. Additionally, you will provide a welcoming and efficient reception service to patients and visitors, playing a vital role in the patient experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in file management and the use of administrative and data base systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in working effectively in a team environment to achieve goals.
  • Understanding of Work Health and Safety legislation and principles.
