 About the Role

Seeking an experienced Digital Communications Adviser responsible for managing and enhancing CALHN's internal and external online presence, ensuring consistency across platforms, and supporting the delivery of digital content that supports the network's goals.

As the Digital Communications Adviser, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering digital communications that connect, inform and engage. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing digital communication plans, as well as managing the ongoing content and maintenance of the network’s websites, intranet, and other digital platforms. Your work will support the organisation’s objectives by ensuring clear, accessible and engaging digital content that resonates with a wide range of audiences.

You’ll join a high-performing and collaborative communications team, providing responsive, flexible and customer-focused services in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a broad mix of projects and digital initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. About you

You are a dynamic digital communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both strategic insight and hands-on expertise to every project. Your ability to connect with stakeholders and deliver high-quality, accessible digital content is second to none.

  • You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, digital media or web content design, with a strong foundation in digital communication principles and practices.

  • You bring demonstrated experience in managing multiple digital projects, including website development, online content creation, digital advertising and campaign support, while ensuring accessibility and best practice standards are met.

  • You have exceptional communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, enabling you to build strong relationships, provide strategic advice, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • You are analytical, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and implement improvements based on digital performance data and user insights.

  • Strong focus on plain English and delivery of accessible information.
  • Experience in working with digital platforms and content focused for community and staff
  • Role within a busy Communications and Engagement team.
