Join Mount Barker DSM Hospital as an Administration Officer in Medical Records on a part-time, ongoing basis (37.5 hours per fortnight). HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
- Deliver courteous, efficient customer service to patients, visitors, and staff in person and via phone
- Provision of a reception service, manage patient admissions, discharges, and medical record preparation with accuracy and care
- Support the smooth operation of communication systems, including paging and public address
- Maintain and update patient/client information and assist with data entry, patient billing and reporting tasks

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?
