About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking Quality Consultants to be part of a team that drives quality improvement and fosters excellence in healthcare.
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.
These roles offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative environment. As a Quality Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting and supporting best practices, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and patient-centred care across NALHN.
In this challenging and rewarding role, you'll work closely with clinical teams, providing expert guidance, conducting audits and implementing strategies to enhance clinical governance frameworks. Your analytical skills and ability to interpret data will be invaluable in identifying areas for improvement and driving positive change.

Your strong understanding of clinical governance principles, quality improvement methodologies, and relevant legislation will be instrumental in achieving our shared goals.
To be eligible for this position at RN3 classification, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
To be eligible for this position at AHP3 classification, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for one of the following Allied Health disciplines working in the service, specifically:
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
- Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA).
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification, usually in human movements, inclusive of the exercise physiology elective and eligible for accreditation from Exercise Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
