Make a Meaningful Impact – Direct Care Worker (Residential)
We are looking for a compassionate Direct Care Worker (Residential) to join our Residential Care Home team and contribute to the wellbeing of our residents through direct client support.
In this rewarding role, you will assist in providing high-quality care that enhances the daily lives of residents. You will work under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager or Associate Nurse Unit Manager, collaborating closely with health professionals and contributing as a key member of a multidisciplinary team.

What We're Looking For:
WHA4
- Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
- Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
- Experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health-related field.
- Experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons.
- Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
WHA3
