About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join CaFHS as a Project Officer, where you will be responsible for:
- Supporting development of project and action plans
- Supporting investigations and basic research to inform project planning and implementation
- Collating information and preparing reports
- Supporting oversight of project deliverables in accordance with project management principles, including monitoring of project action lists, milestone delivery achievement, issues and risk logs
- Supporting development and management of project governance structures and processes
- Supporting effective stakeholder, including consumer, engagement
- Performing executive officer functions, including arranging meetings, taking minutes, preparing agenda and reports in collaboration with team and project leads
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with consumers, staff, external agencies and members of the public,
demonstrating a respect for different cultural groups and life situations
- Articulate and succinct business writing skills with an ability to prepare written material for a variety of audiences with high attention to detail and grammar
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge and/or experience in the use of project management principles, tools and processes and/or process improvement/change management methodologies
- Experience in supporting the establishment and maintenance of project governance structures and processes
