About the Role
Are you passionate about transforming healthcare through data? CALHN is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable data to support clinical, operational, and strategic decision-making across the network. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining innovative reporting products and dashboards, while deepening your expertise in CALHN’s diverse data systems and applications. Your insights will directly contribute to improved patient outcomes and more effective service delivery.
Working closely with clinical departments, consultants, and strategic project teams, you’ll play a key part in identifying data needs and providing evidence-based solutions. From ensuring the reliability of information systems to applying advanced statistical tools and methodologies, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how clinical informatics supports real-world decision-making.
