  • Salary: RN/RM1 $74,831 - $102,103 p.a (pro rata) + superannuation + leave loading + salary sacrifice benefits
  • Temporary part time working 64 hours per fortnight (0.84FTE) until 6 March 2026

 

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

Join a supportive and collaborative team at Gawler Health Service, Forgie Surgical Ward, where you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic and rewarding clinical environment. We’re looking for an experienced and adaptable Registered Nurse who thrives on challenge and is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. In this role, you’ll provide direct nursing care and manage individual patient cases on a shift-by-shift basis. You'll assess patient needs and plan, coordinate or implement care using a range of clinical options to support the best possible outcomes.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?

Working in this environment, it is important to us that we only employ people with the upmost integrity and commitment to serving the South Australian community and its visitors to the highest possible standards.  To ensure that we meet that commitment there are a few checks that you will be required to undertake.  These are detailed on the Role Description, and do vary depending on what is required in the role, but are likely to include the following:

  • You will need to be immunised.  The policy on immunisation is very detailed, so please contact the Enquiries Person for this position if you have any queries.  Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy
  • You will need to undergo employment screening, what you require is also on the front page of the Role Description.
  • You will be required to hold registration with AHPRA to practice as a Registered Nurse within our organisation.
