About the role: 

Duties for the role will include:

• Provide high quality evidence-informed nutrition assessment, diagnosis and treatment interventions for consumers with complex mental health needs.
• Provide expert consultancy and guidance for the multidisciplinary team regarding nutrition issues relevant to the treatment and rehabilitation of consumers.
• Contribute to the planning, development and continuous improvement of Mental Health Rehabilitation Services.
• Provide professional supervision and clinical leadership to designated staff, junior dietitians and students.

About you:

• Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Australia (DA).
• Experienced Clinical Dietitian with highly developed nutrition assessment, diagnostic and treatment skills
• Eligible for membership with Dietitians Australia
• Experience as a Dietitian working with consumers with complex mental health needs
