About the Role
This is your chance to lead, shape, and elevate Occupational Therapy across South Australia’s most influential health networks. As Director of Occupational Therapy at CALHN, you’ll provide visionary leadership across acute, subacute, ambulatory, and community services. To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven senior leadership experience in Occupational Therapy, with the ability to inspire teams, influence change and deliver outcomes across diverse and dynamic settings.
- High-level strategic and analytical capability, including experience in health service planning, workforce development, program evaluation, and policy development.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build trust, negotiate effectively, and operate confidently in complex systems.
