As a Contract Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of non-clinical services within Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN). Reporting to the Manager Partners and Performance, you will oversee contract management, performance monitoring and service delivery reporting aligned with Public Private Partnership (PPP) frameworks. Your work will contribute directly to the smooth operation of vital support services that underpin high-quality patient care.
In this dynamic and collaborative role, you’ll manage key relationships between CALHN and external service providers, ensuring contractual obligations are met and performance standards are upheld. With a strong focus on accountability, communication and continuous improvement, you’ll help shape a high-performing, patient-centred environment that delivers value and excellence in service provision.
About You
You are a proactive and experienced professional with a strong background in contract management and stakeholder engagement. Your strategic mindset and analytical capabilities enable you to drive results while maintaining a focus on quality service delivery.
Strong experience in contract management, performance monitoring, and outsourced services
Skilled in analysing complex data, solving critical problems, and implementing improvements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills across diverse stakeholders and teams
In-depth knowledge of contract procedures, and relevant health regulations
