About the Role

As the Administrative Officer – Emergency Services, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our Emergency Department(s). Working closely with medical, nursing, and clinical support staff, you’ll provide high-quality administrative services that directly contribute to the care and experience of patients. Your role is essential in maintaining accurate records, managing sensitive information with confidentiality, and ensuring day-to-day processes run efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team committed to excellence in emergency healthcare delivery. With a strong focus on quality service, you will help implement consistent administrative procedures aligned with hospital policies, government guidelines, and organisational objectives.   • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.

  • Strong organisational and administrative capabilities, including accurate data entry, prioritisation of tasks, and meeting deadlines using Microsoft Office applications.
