Advance Your Practice – Clinical Nurse Opportunities Available

We are seeking multiple experienced and motivated Clinical Nurses to join our team and provide high-quality nursing and/or midwifery care across a variety of health service settings.

These roles are ideal for competent practitioners who are continuing to grow toward proficiency, consolidating their skills through experience and further development. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be accountable for your own standards of practice, provide guidance to less experienced staff, and support safe, effective, and person-centred care within a multidisciplinary team.

While the positions remain primarily clinical in nature, each Clinical Nurse will also be assigned a portfolio aligned with their interests and career development goals. Portfolio responsibilities will be negotiated as part of each employee’s performance review and professional growth plan.

If you are looking for an opportunity to advance your nursing career while contributing to a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment—we’d love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  • Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience.
  • Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
  • Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses.
