About the Role
Are you a strong communicator with a passion for leadership and process improvement? As the Supervisor, Debt Recovery, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating the efficient recovery of outstanding debts across the portfolio. You’ll be responsible for overseeing complex and high-risk debtor cases, making outbound collection calls, preparing write-offs, and ensuring compliance with debt management policies. Your ability to take initiative and maintain attention to detail will be essential as you monitor the debt book and contribute to accurate, timely reporting.
In this role, you’ll also support and guide a dedicated team of Revenue Officers – Debt Management, providing hands-on supervision, training, and coaching. Your experience in debt recovery and your collaborative leadership style will help drive continuous improvement in systems and procedures. You are a confident and capable leader with a strong background in debt management or finance, and you thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments. Your ability to motivate teams, navigate complex challenges, and maintain a strong customer focus makes you an ideal fit for this role.

Proven experience supervising teams in debt management, finance or billing
