Your administrative expertise and commitment to quality service will be vital in supporting healthcare delivery in one of YNLHN’s key regional hospitals.
The Role
As our Patient Services Clerk, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely registration of all overnight and day inpatients, including both planned and unplanned admissions. You’ll provide a confidential and customer-focused administrative service for clients, staff, and visitors, ensuring that patient flow and communication run seamlessly throughout the hospital.
In addition to clerical support, you’ll manage both internal and external communications and monitor security alarms and staff locations using paging and public address systems. Your role will be crucial in everyday operations as well as in emergency situations, making you an integral part of our health service team.
Essential Criteria
- Experience in providing administrative and clerical support services.
- Proficiency in developing and managing spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
